We rented apartments in this complex. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Not far from the center. View of Kura and the old town. I recommend

Excellent apartment. They are equipped with everything necessary. Fresh modern renovation. There are two small shops in the house. Nearby is a currency exchange with a good exchange rate. There is a metro station and a market nearby. A nice restaurant with an outdoor terrace overlooking the river.

The apartment is spacious, but requires cosmetic repairs. The doors to the bathroom do not open because of the swollen laminate. The sports ground under the windows is completely out of place! Young people shout and frolic until late - it is very problematic to rest and sleep
