The hotel is small and cozy. The rooms are tiny, of course, but in principle, you stay and fall from fatigue all day, so in principle it's not so important. Since the hotel is located at the intersection of streets in the center of Prague, the noise of cars and trams is very audible. The location is a distinctive feature of this Charles Bridge hotel and all the sights are within a 5-10 minute walk. Very tasty and varied breakfasts. I recommend 🫶🏻

We had a rest with my husband from 04/28/2014 to 05/24/2019 at the William 3*+ hotel. I liked the convenient location of the hotel (5 minutes on foot to Charles Bridge, 30 minutes to the center at a normal pace), near Prague Castle, interesting museums. The nearest supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. There is a tram stop nearby, they run often, which is very convenient. The hotel itself was pleased, breakfast was included (but monotonous, the same thing every day), I ate and went on excursions or for a walk. The room is small, but we did not come to sit in the room, but to sleep the most, they clean every day, linen is changed every 3 days, and towels every other day. Very good sound insulation in the rooms, the neighbors were not heard at all, and the street was very quiet, although the windows overlooked the tram tracks, nothing bothered at all. Among the disadvantages of the room: the absence of a heated towel rail and a watering can, the shower is tightly screwed to the wall at the top, i.e. if you wash, then completely, otherwise there is no way. The staff is friendly, they always try to help at the reception, although not everyone speaks English well, but one administrator spoke Russian very well))) Well, another big plus is that it takes 20 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel, because you don't have to go through the city. I took off one star for the monotony of breakfast (I got tired of eating the same thing for 5 days, although we are not picky about food), the lack of a heated towel rail and an inconvenient shower head. Otherwise, I really liked everything! We recommend the hotel!))

The most cozy and atmospheric hotel, there is no other in Prague for me, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, but still for an amateur, I feel very comfortable in this hotel even at home, there are a lot of things for breakfast, there are enough dishes for everyone, the quality of the products is excellent, my family and I have been here 4 times and I will go again,. The location of the hotel is great, the whole center is within walking distance, Charles Bridge is 10 minutes away, tram stop nearby, very good cafes nearby, very good hotel.

I lived there in 2012, there was nothing special in the room, of the cons - there was no refrigerator and air conditioning even... it will do for the night, the location is quite good - it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the Charles Bridge... The breakfasts were very good, I ate so much that I had enough calories until the evening, and in the evening I ate in a cafe nearby. If you choose by price and location, it is generally a good option, but perhaps there is even a better one nearby

The hotel is located next to the Charles Bridge. The location is convenient. The breakfasts are good, there is a large selection. Friendly staff. The room at the c was small, but nice. The only drawback was that there were no bathroom accessories. And the shower is built into the wall, which is not convenient.
