I live a minute's walk from the PVZ, there are absolutely no complaints about the work of the point, the permanent staff, who have their hands full, always do everything quickly and politely. A girl (pitch-black, beautiful hair, normal build) has been working for a very long time, unfortunately, she has not been working for several months, she is a professional in her field. There were newbies who didn't always manage to find the product quickly and weren't particularly friendly, but among them was a guy who did everything clearly and helped to understand the application (not tall in tattoos), unfortunately, also no longer works. Visitors who think that the PVZ employee is somehow connected with the product or its price or the seller are surprised and humiliate them, they are rude. It's terrible, of course. And the pvz is good.

How many times have I come to the PVZ, they always have questions..But I have no words for what happened yesterday..I came with a 2.5 year old baby.At 12:28 p.m., the employee scanned the QR code and said:You won't have time to view the products in 2 minutes..Come at half an hour..That's all..The most disgusting pvz in NP!As soon as I don't get there, they're smoking, they're busy accepting, then I'm sorry, I need to answer the phone urgently and goes behind this screen..There is no limit to my indignation..

Very disgusting customer service, such rudeness and lack of respect for customers (especially the girl is black, thin - a description of her appearance, because she did not even introduce herself at my request) I haven't seen it anywhere. It is a pity that there are no employees who worked before these people, who were always polite and pleasant in communication.
