Everything at this pick—up point is terrible: the employee smokes indoors, as a result, all his clothes stink of cigarettes, besides, he makes vulgar hints - I want to leave faster and never come back. In addition, he lost part of the order and issued it as a refund, although I had not even seen this item in my eyes. In the evening, during business hours, the point is often closed, and the employee does not answer calls. Despite the fact that the location is closer to my house, I prefer another one.

It's been a while since I've had an item thrown at me when I say it's a refund. I have every right to make a refund. 09/23/2026 on this day, the same person worked who had such a reaction to the refund several times in a row.! Keep an eye on the staff.
