At this service point, my product was mistakenly given to another person at this service point. Despite the fact that the mistake was made by the staff, they tried to blame me. The employees refused to admit their guilt, saying that they "couldn't do anything." It was only after I demanded a refund that they suddenly informed me that it was still possible. Moreover, I had to come to the service center again so that the staff could finally start solving the problem. Such an attitude towards clients is absolutely unacceptable. Instead of admitting their mistake, apologizing and promptly correcting the situation, employees shift responsibility onto the client and force them to waste their time and nerves. Extremely unprofessional service that leaves an exceptionally negative impression.
