There have never been any problems with the staff at the WB pick-up points. The girl is rude, there was an argument about white things, she allowed herself to be bullied, as it turned out, this is not the first time with her. The fitting rooms and the pick-up point itself are dirty and full of dust, respectively, things in the fitting room can be trite about dirty and black dusty floor. I ask the management to take action, and my audience and I will not set foot in your pick-up point anymore, while there are incompetent staff there.

I was in this pvz yesterday on 11/30/2023. Three booths, places in the kitchen with a surplus, if desired, in the future the owners will be able to increase the number of booths for fitting. In addition to the long reception desk, there is an additional table for checking the goods, so that at least two customers can safely check their orders at the same time. Despite the evening time, there were only two people in front of me. Valeria's employee was polite and courteous, plus she took out orders very quickly, so despite the two customers ahead, I quickly received my order and paid without waiting after fitting. I was satisfied on all fronts and now I will pick up orders here.

Employees work slowly, they search for orders for a long time, and there are long queues in the evenings. It is also worth being prepared for the fact that they will refuse to return the goods - the marriage is found where it does not exist. They can't solve anything on their own, they constantly write and call someone, which takes a whole lot of time. The guys used to work and everything was more efficient. We started ordering to another point.
