Naira's boorish attitude from the bank's reception leaves the worst impression of the branch! When hiring staff, take more careful control of them later! The bank is not bad, but such employees spoil the rating! When you make a remark that the bank should be customer-oriented, you get even more boorish remarks under your nose. Apparently this is her maximum speaking under her nose!

Everything works very slowly, half of the windows just don't function. You can safely wait for your turn for about a couple of hours. I hope the situation will improve in the future.

For many years, the client of the bank and in particular of this branch. There were various complaints, but it's not always bad, especially during the holiday season. A good branch, good service, it's a pity that only the maps of the World serve!
