pleasant service,cool approach, reasonable prices. I handed over the printer for repair, everything was done quickly, even 3 days earlier than the agreed deadline, + bonuses were also dropped off....you can immediately see the customer orientation at the highest level, everyone is in their place, the beauties are a pleasant,polite girl manager . Throughout the entire renovation , we were kept informed of how things were going and how they were progressing . A very interesting and pleasant way of presenting information .(cool 👍👍👍). there would be more such services with this approach nowadays.

This is not the first time I have contacted your medical institution. I've had different printers and different craftsmen in my life. There was a case when they refilled a cartridge for me in the winter on the street. Ever since I got acquainted with the brand, I'VE BEEN REFERRING ONLY HERE. There probably isn't such a service even over the hill. I handed over my printer for diagnostics, and they offered me a replacement printer instead. It was fixed quickly. There is always feedback from the manager. Nice receptionist girl.And the repair price was pleasantly surprised. They also offered a delicious treat at the last. It even seems to me that I didn't pay extra... Thanks a lot, nice to meet you... And it's nice that the job is well done and you don't have to apply often.

I handed over the printer. Calm, polite reception, strict adherence to deadlines, a very informative channel in the cart (and with good humor!). The breakdown was found during diagnosis, fixed within the stated time (without any of our usual "oops"), all the steps were described. The device was returned neatly packed and after cleaning. Perfect service. I'm even kind of confused that there's nothing to scold. I've already delivered the robot vacuum cleaner to them after that. And the gift waffles are very tasty! Guys, don't lower the bar, you're really great.
