I came to this Vodafone store on 16.07.2026 just to have my line authenticated. However, the employee, without giving me any explanation and without my approval, identified four additional paid packages to my line for a October total of approximately 1200 TL. I noticed this only after receiving an SMS and checking the Vodafone app Next to me. I couldn't cancel most of the packages myself. I had to call Vodafone Customer Service (542) and the cancellation procedures were initiated only from there. I was very disappointed because of what happened. I just came to get an identity verification, I came across paid packages that I didn't want. I do not recommend this store. I recommend everyone who will come here to make sure to check which services are defined on the line after the transaction.

The operator is not the cheapest. It was this office that I visited - clean, tidy, with fresh, air-conditioned air. The staff is polite and pleasant.
