I enjoyed my 9-night stay here. The staff were nice and the room was clean and quiet. The AC and fridge worked well, and I made some tea in the shared kitchen while suffering from a cold during the first few days in Bishkek. Not much more you could ask for considering the competitive price. Would definitely stay here again if in Bishkek and would recommend! *One thing that would be great if changed: The keycard for the room had to be renewed daily, even if I booked a longer stay, so that was a bit annoying, having to say ключ не работает every day for 9 days.

Despite the unsavory location near the Osh Bazaar, the hotel made the best impression. It was written above that you can only go inside in disposable slippers, leaving outdoor shoes in the hallway or in lockers locked with an electronic key. The rooms are equipped with high-quality new plumbing. Refrigerator, hair dryer, shampoos and toothbrushes. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. There's a cooler in the hallway. It seems to be a minus- the windows are small and overlook the neighboring high fence. But! But blackout curtains are not needed. And silence… The buffet breakfasts were well served. Each one is served individually. Delicious. The buffet room is clean and sunny. The only negative is that we got pretty tattered towels. Although the bed linen is white and clean. A week before, we rented a 3* hotel nearby. We came to the conclusion that Viva is more comfortable to live in. I recommend it for travelers.
