We bought cups and saucers as a gift in the Tableware department. The seller forgot to close the glass case. We touched the dish, the Seller rushed to us with the words "Girls, you can't touch it yourself," although the same dishes are freely available on the next table. In civilized countries, a trained salesman would say, "How can I help?" They came to the second floor to pack the purchase beautifully, there is generally "nothing" and everything is "impossible". We: "Are there any boxes?" She: -"No"- We: "What is this?" She: "Yours won't fit here!" But it fit. And what to wrap, what to decorate, I had to point my finger at everything. No ideas or help, everything is through thorns. With a crooked face, just to get behind. She seems to be a beautiful girl. I am glad that we bought everything in one place and at reasonable prices, but the staff are Dinosaurs. Maybe they don't get paid enough and that's why they hate themselves and the customers?

My wife loves Belarusian things. I don't mind. But I will tell you the story of one purchase. My wife chose a sweater. The same one, but I couldn't decide on the size. The choice is made, we bring two to the cashier. We say that we take one, we ask where to put the other. Most of the sellers are standing and chatting. They discuss the need to wear masks and other news. We are used to the store having to sell. And the seller's task is to ensure that the buyer does not leave empty-handed. So, to our question, where to put the jacket that did not fit, they told us to take it and hang it where they took it. I grinned and did not want to spoil the mood for myself or my wife, the joy of buying. Then they came up to the cash register beautifully. One knocked out the price on the device, the second either with a question, or with the statement: "You don't need a package!" stuffed a jacket into polyethylene and pushed it. That's it, the work is over. Continued communication)) In fact, I could also punch through the cash register and put it in a bag myself)) Not proud! But you're being paid for something here... I wouldn't pay... We went out, discussed, and laughed. That's why state-owned shops and institutions are repelled: staff who want to live well, but do not want to do anything, a pension that sits there and does not move. It's disappointing that this is the central store in the city, and nothing has changed since the 90s. Only cosmetic repairs inside the building, and the staff were stuffed into uniforms. I'm ashamed of the city in front of the guests. And our city is beautiful and has a history. Love your city! And whoever you work with, give your best! And stop whining and complaining!
