A great place, the Roman pizza won my heart. We arrived, we thought it would be worse, but this place has corrected the first impression of the city. The staff is pleasant , the order was delivered quickly 💋💋💋

The pizza is delicious, but there are no competitors except "Raipo" and "Neighbors". And, here, there is no customer orientation. After the first "ignoring" on the part of the staff, namely, when calling, I heard from a cafe employee: "Cafe Vesuvius, wait." However, after waiting 10 minutes, he spat and disconnected. I didn't write anything, like, okay, it happens, although the "sediment" remained. But after the second incident, which happened yesterday, I decided to express my indignation. I called, ordered a pizza "to take away" by a certain time (I called 1.5 hours in advance), the order was confirmed, everything is OK. Arriving at the cafe at the agreed time, I heard from the employee that my order was not in the "database", although I searched again and found it, but for another time, later. I did not hear any apologies, I only received an offer to cook pizza "here and now". I won't go there anymore, on principle!

Atmospheric You can pass the time and have a good time - both for adults and with children! The food is delicious and affordable. I advise everyone to visit the institution at least once. And understand that it's worth it. Another big plus is food delivery.
