We accidentally went to a new restaurant in the children's park on the embankment and just fell in love. This is not just food, but a real anthem of the Belarusian cuisine. What have you tried: Borscht is a fairy tale. Rich, with that beetroot color that only happens in homemade borscht. Fish cutlets are a discovery. They are tender, juicy, and you can feel that the fish is fresh, not frozen and stale. Draniki is a classic, but here it sounds in a new way. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Lazy dumplings with berry sauce are sooooo delicious for dessert! Many thanks to the team for their approach. It feels like you're doing this with all your heart. Everything is made from natural farm products — no chemicals or substitutes. It tastes like grandma's in the village, only in a beautiful modern interior. The restaurant itself is cozy, the interior is beautiful, and the location in a children's park on the embankment adds atmosphere. After a hearty lunch, you can take a walk. You're cool. Such projects need to live. We will come again and again for new impressions. I advise everyone: if you appreciate natural food and caring attitude, you are welcome here. The interior is bright and spacious, I was impressed by the thick countertops) The service is excellent, polite and pleasant However, the music, in my opinion, was playing very loudly, it was hard to talk. I'm not a coffee drinker, so it's hard for me to talk about the quality of coffee. I liked the latte I ordered, I liked that no sugar was added. But I love chocolate and, for example, I didn't see hot chocolate on the menu, but I would like to) But then they explained to me that chocolate will be on the menu soon. Napoleon pleasantly surprised me! This is the perfect dessert! The berries in the custard are just what you need. (*I got a cherry stone — it was a surprise) If you make all the desserts yourself, then it's an intrigue and curiosity to try them all) Thank you.
