The accident happened literally next to our building, and all this time drinking water is just flowing down the street into the sewer. No workers, no machinery — absolute inaction! Our house is completely cut off from the water, and they continue to "fix the appeal." This is not just a disregard, it is an open mockery of people! How can you be so callous and irresponsible?
