The worst Internet provider, in three months there has not been a day when the Internet quality met the promised and specified in the contract (50 Mbit/s). No speed is one problem, but it is stable once or twice a week on all devices over and over again "wi-fi without Internet access." It lasts for hours, there is simply no Internet at all, it is impossible to work. The technical support service is a separate topic, it theoretically exists, you can even call there, leave a message on the answering machine, but....do not expect that in the near future or on the next day, especially if it is a weekend, someone will solve your problems and you will have the Internet again. I don't recommend it, it's just wasted money and nerves. The best thing that can be found in the market of home Internet services today is A1. Although Beltelecom, in comparison with Vector, seems to be just a gorgeous, wonderful Internet provider.

Novopolotsk is an amazing city! This is a city where there are no old and dilapidated wooden houses. It's almost all brick. Very clean and very beautiful. Wonderful people live there, kind, sensitive, responsive. The main street is Molodezhnaya, laid parallel to the Western Dvina. It starts almost from Polotsk and stretches along the Western Dvina for 15 km.The transport system is well established. I recommend the hotel Belarus, located on the central square opposite the city executive committee and not far from the Naftan House of Culture, museum, art gallery, which regularly changes the exposition with a wide variety of topics. I really liked Novopolotsk.
