I like Vega a lot. But the display is not intelligently categorized and furnished. For example I was looking for the plants and fake flower pots, they are not displayed together. I had to search everywhere for some nice ones, and after I gave up and paid my things, I noticed a stand way behind somewhere else not even close to the other stands of other plants, besides the ones in the showroom. It needs some designer touch to make the displays attractive and easy to find.

The service's answer is that the warranty applies only to the head of the vacuum cleaner and it's our own fault that we broke the mount in 1 month. There was a similar story when buying a washing machine: there was a motor malfunction, during the inspection the master wanted to cancel the warranty case due to a small scratch that appeared during installation in the bathroom. But at least in this case it was possible to achieve a guaranteed refund

We ordered a package with a free installation. Condey was brought in. A week later, the installer began to call and give excuses why he would not install the air conditioner. It turns out that we are obliged to provide it locally in a private parking lot, which is located next to the house. The parking lot has nothing to do with us, and of course there is no access to it. There are a lot of free parking spaces 30 meters from the entrance. But it doesn't suit him in any way. Argument: what if I forget something in the car, and I have to go back so far??? The most amazing thing is that the employees of the Vega desk (who managed to get through) support the nonsense of the installer. Indeed, why do you need to install it if the client has already paid the entire amount? The conclusion is the office of scammers.
