Впечатление конечно печальное, люди сидят прям у вечного огня как у костра, с пивком и колясками, дети катаются с постамента , как с горки- сделать фото невозможно, да и видом насладиться тоже. Скорее вопрос не к людям, а к администрации.... Попробовала бы я так место у вечного огня на Красной Площади....
