Cornflowers on Independence Avenue (Komsomolskaya St., 32) is a popular place, especially at lunchtime and in the evening. Tables are not reserved, everything is on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are not always enough available tables. There may be a queue at the entrance — guests are asked to wait until a place is available, i.e. you need to be ready to wait a bit. We waited and were not disappointed. There is a main hall and a veranda — you can choose where it is more comfortable. We chose a veranda with a view of the avenue. The menu focuses on Belarusian folk cuisine. We ordered soup — borscht and cabbage soup, as well as baked dumplings. The waiter warned that the waiting time for dishes was up to 40 minutes, but everything was served quickly. Soups with meat on the bone, rich borscht, thick cabbage soup, awesome dumplings. Yes, even for self-made tinctures! In general, we are delighted with the atmosphere, national cuisine and tinctures, large portions and friendly staff. And a little waiting is quickly forgotten.

One of the most favorite establishments in Minsk with a huge selection of national dishes. Everything is great here, amazing taste, serving, service and location. There's a small queue at the entrance during rush hour, but it's worth it. The summer porch is beautiful. The dishes are above all praise, the service is great!!! Borscht and garlic bun are just awesome. The set of pickles and lard is excellent. The prices are simply pleasing to the eye. The only thing I didn't like was the tinctures, most likely because of the large flow of people they don't have time to brew, otherwise 10 out of 10, I'll be happy to come again. I definitely recommend it.

I really liked the Cornflowers network. During the holidays, we went to the Cornflowers every day. We visited Komsomolskaya 32 every evening. Very attentive waiters and delicious food. In the evenings, full boarding in the hall and on the veranda. Draniki and lard are delicious, there is something to compare them with. Soft beef cheeks with mashed potatoes and vegetables are especially delicious here!! Beef medallions with mushroom roast, Kiev-style cutlets, kholodnik. I liked the desserts, pancakes with apples. This is a local cuisine with a variety of dishes and drinks. There is a special children's menu. Everything is very tasty. Separately, I would like to say about the price. We ordered 2 sets of tinctures, 2 different dishes with draniki, soup, a dish with dumplings and salad, and it all cost 3700 rubles in Russian rubles. There are, of course, disadvantages, for example, it is not clear why half of the outdoor veranda is not working, which creates a queue at the entrance and a separate question to Sophia, who is working as a waiter on the street, you need to be a little faster and more attentive, because you need to bring an almost cold dish at the end, referring to the fact that the kitchen has been cooking for a long time, while she herself is on the phone I was standing at the counter where they say it's not good. And it's not entirely clear why the tables are cleared of the guests who have left by the administrators, who are torn between the guests and the tables, and the waiter doesn't care at all. But this is not the case for all waiters, I see many served quickly and advised well. In general, the place is good, I recommend visiting to at least get acquainted with the traditional cuisine, and also to find the most profitable sets of tinctures in the city))

In the summer, there were: the staff were mostly students, and we would like them to be more active in unloading queues, waiting times are usually present, but in general they try, friendly and responsive. In case of wind or in cool weather, you can take blankets in the summer cafe. Local interior design, tables, menus...and the ingenious simplicity in general can be traced in the style of everything, clean toilets, light music.

The next day we ordered tuna salad and peasant sausages with stewed cabbage. And both times we took tea in a teapot - delicate mint and sea buckthorn in a teapot.
