Excellent service and everything we took was delicious. I really liked the homemade red wine, as well as the beer from a small Georgian factory. Chmeruli is the best, lyulya is super. The chicken kebab is delicious, but for an amateur, the Georgian salad with nuts is also delicious. I liked khachapuri. But the green salad is average. Ajapsandal Prices are cheaper than Moscow

I visited the cafe twice in March 2026. Clean, the service is good, but the food is not admirable. I ordered kharcho in general not bad, but I ordered chicken soup and the girl chakhokhbili, so they put pieces of breast fillet and boiled chicken there, which were bland and not chewable. Who actually cooks chakhokhbili from such meat, tell me, dear Georgians, who invented this food?

Excellent cuisine, the best of what we tried in Gudauri. Kharcho and khinkali are simply incomparable, and salmon in a nut sauce is amazing! The only drawback is very large portions, if you plan to roll after lunch, it will be too heavy!

Good evening, everyone! I'll give you a solid five. We have been riding in Gudauri with friends for three years now and this year we are going too (12-15 people). This is one of the best establishments in the resort. We have dinner there all the time. The waiters come right up, quick delivery from the moment of the order. They will always recommend it. The guys speak Russian fluently. In all these years, I can't even remember not liking it, everything is delicious. The portions are large, the prices are adequate. I wish the owner of the establishment and all the staff only good luck, good health and good seasons. There is only one caveat: you need to book a table in advance or wait in line, which indicates the quality of the establishment. I hope nothing changes and I'll see you this year.

We found an amazing Vartsla restaurant in New Gudauri, where the resort's most beautiful and friendly waitresses speak Russian. A very tasty version of traditional Georgian cuisine, everything is fast, friendly and inexpensive compared to neighboring establishments. Wonderful wine list and bar menu.
