Room rate for 2 persons, 100 rubles without breakfast Pros: Parking is available. Clear. The staff is polite. You can check in at night. There is a kettle and cups in the room. It's a beautiful building. Nearby there is a cafe with delicious breakfasts, coffee, desserts. Minuses: The plumbing and furniture are worn out, but everything works and is kept clean. Interior, textiles from the early 2000s, there is no tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, etc. in the room (there is hand soap).

Booking a room a few hours before check-in. Administrator Victoria is a very friendly person, she quickly arranged it. The room has everything you need for a relaxing trip. The water is good, the bed is clean and soft. The hotel is located in the very center of the city. The clock on the square will always remind you what time it is. I am very satisfied with the stay, I recommend it!

A very "atmospheric" hotel building. Everything was fine with me (I lived in rooms on two floors), but maybe I'm just an unassuming guest. But, please note, for some time now, the "locations" (cafes, park benches and a shop open until 22:00) within walking distance of the Comfort have become a favorite place for local Maladzenau, who can hang out with smart speakers until late at night. So the ability to fall asleep may be affected by the location of your windows. However, I wouldn't move into a hotel on the outskirts anyway.
