Shipped 2 packages from Germany to Armenia via UPS in June 2025 as expedited shipment (3 day delivery promised), business partner of UPS in Armenia „Express Hayk“ kept the packages 3 weeks and demanded additional payments for so-called „state customs fees and the broker“ without payment receipts, in total 204.000 armenian drams. No return was possible. Packages were delivered with delay of 3 weeks and shipment instead of initial 120€ paid at UPS Germany costed me in the end 5 times more. Do not recommend using UPS Armenian partner Express Hayk to anyone, you would lose money, time, have lots of stress. Only disadvantages, no positive aspects at all.

Totel worst service. And asking 10.000 extra for not mentioned service. No give perfect answer and not pickup the call. Very bad service ever I experience. I take parcel with 5day shipment service and he took extra 1 week already yet I don't know where is my courier

The skis brought from Canada have just been taken away. They called several times and kept us informed of all the paperwork, fees, deadlines, and other things. We have been waiting for quite a long time when we will have the opportunity to come for the parcel. No additional charges were charged for storage.
