Upon arrival, the staff member at the entrance was supposed to escort us to a table, but abandoned us halfway, simply calling the room number. We went to the indicated room, saw one empty table by the window and sat down. However, the waiter said the table was booked and asked us to leave. Since the rest of the halls were crowded, we returned and explained that we also had reservations by phone, but no one was listening to us. Then something completely outrageous happened: the staff transferred the guests (Russians) from the far table to this empty table by the window, and forced us to sit in their vacant, poorly lit place. The table was not even wiped, and the menu was not brought until we ourselves turned to another waiter. Besides, we got our order mixed up. When we tried to call the waiter, he didn't answer us, but just pointed his index finger at us to another employee to come over. It was extremely disrespectful. Although we have no way to find out the true reasons, I strongly do not recommend this restaurant to my compatriots. Even if we assume the possibility of misunderstanding due to the fact that Russian is not our native language, it was extremely unpleasant and insulting to be pointed at. タクシーの運転手を通じて席を予約し、お店に到着しました。入口のスタッフが席まで案内してくれるはずでしたが、途中で案内を放棄され、部屋番号だけを言い残して去っていきました。指示された部屋に向かうと、窓際の席が一つだけ空いていたためそこに座りましたが、店員から「予約席だからダメだ」と追い出されました。他の部屋は満席だったため、電話で予約した旨を伝えて再びその席に戻りましたが、やはり聞き入れてもらえませんでした。すると理解し難いことに、店員は奥のテーブルにいたロシア人客をその空いていた窓際の席に移動させ、私たちを彼らが使っていた薄暗い席に追いやりました。案内されたテーブルは拭かれておらず、こちらから別の店員に声をかけるまでメニューすら持ってきませんでした。さらにオーダーミスもありました。店員を呼び止めた際も、その店員は私たちに一言も発さず、ただ人差し指で私たちを指差して別の店員に対応を指示するなど、終始非常に失礼な態度でした。真相を確かめる術はありませんが、同郷の人たちにはこのレストランは全くお勧めできません。私たちがロシア語のネイティブではないため、コミュニケーションに誤解が生じた可能性を考慮したとしても、指を差されたことは極めて不快でした。ロシア語が多少わかる私たちですらこれでした。さらに衝撃的なのは、店員は年配ではなく全て10代後半から20代前半くらいの若者でした。レビューの良さに騙されないでください。ちなみにセヴァン湖名物のザリガニケバブも期待しているものはここでは食べられません。

As a result, after 15 minutes of waiting, we were given a table and a menu. By the way, they take an additional deposit for blankets and you need to get them yourself. It turned out that there was nothing else on the menu except shish kebab, fried whitefish and cucumbers-tomatoes. I had to take what they gave me, but the kebab turned out to be a sole, very very dry and cold, fried fish in oil is also like sawdust. It is unclear why this place gathers so many locals. You don't have to respect yourself to eat what is served here.
