Do not use the services of this company or any Turkish telecom company at all! It is better to eat airalo, etc. We bought a prepaid SIM card from this "office", we couldn't activate it in any salon: either they are a franchise, or they have a "different" system, no one wants to help at all in this branch, and the employee in the photo (name is Kandemir Karaca, who previously wrote a native review here) is rude, rude, and in response to any of your legitimate demands for a refund for the inability to use the PAID service, he threatened to call the police (agree, he won't call them anyway, because he understands that he himself is wrong). The money was never returned, and it is impossible to contact technical support. These are definitely scammers who are encouraged by the Turkish government. By using their services, you will simply give Turkey money.

I will describe the divorce scheme from TurkCell (long post, but read carefully): 1. before you arrive in Turkey, you buy a tourist SIM card for 1,800 liras 2. You will receive an official letter in the mail, the essence of which boils down to "download our application from Google Play - there you will be authenticated (passport, face capture) and when you are in Turkey, you will receive a SIM card. If you have any problems with authentication, please contact any of our offices and they will help you." 3. You are downloading the official app 4. There is no authentication in the application. 5. You can't contact tech support because you can only call there, and you're not stupid to call roaming in Turkey. 6. You arrive. You are asking for help at TurkCell salons in Istanbul. In any salon except this salon on Istiklal, they tell you, "We can't help you. We're just a franchise." 7. In this salon on Istiklal, they tell you, "We can't help you either." 8. You stick their face in the official letter from TurkCell, which says that the staff should help you. They threaten you with calling the police, in addition to hitting on you. 9. They don't help you. But they allegedly issue a refund. As for whether they refund money, read other reviews on the Internet. 10. If you try to reach tech support again, they tell you that they tried to reach your Turkish number (which you bought but couldn't activate due to TurkCell).
