We bought a laptop in this center, and the sales consultants were polite and told us everything. They helped us with the choice. There are ATMs on the 1st floor. Lots of gold shops.

Compared to other shopping malls, the city is very dirty. In winter, the heating does not work, in Absolute Terms, workers stand behind the counters in winter jackets, cashiers sit in fur coats. The escalators in the mall do not work on any floor. Toilets for visitors are "under repair". Until 2014, you could have a great time: skimping, sitting on benches. There are no shops now. It feels like the mall is no longer for people.

The shopping center is normal, but 7 seas are dragging it to the bottom. We bought a fish by weight today and it turned out to be all sticky and missing . All the goods are in boxes and on boards, with plenty of shelves . The whole store looks more like a warehouse than a supermarket. I do not advise you to take anything , they will poison you .
