The trip was comfortable, calm and with a very pleasant impression. Return trip Unfortunately, the way back turned out to be completely different. The car was replaced, but we were not notified about this, although I just corresponded with them the evening before the departure. The driver of the first car was unfriendly. I understand that it was late (about 23 hours), but sarcasm and irritation are superfluous. At the train station, we were dropped off right at the traffic light, on the roadway. We were with children, only 8 people, and getting things on the road is unsafe and unpleasant. As the passengers of the second car later told us, their driver didn't even understand why we stopped at the traffic light, and was surprised that they started dropping us off there. The trip there was excellent, comfortable and left only positive emotions. The return transfer, on the contrary, turned out to be poorly organized, and the whole group was dissatisfied. We hope that the company will pay attention to the quality of return flights and the work of drivers at night.
