We rented 2 kayaks this weekend, and when we arrived at the place, we found that one had several cuts on the bottom, one through, although it was written that the kayaks had been checked. It's good that my friends had a repair kit, it was repaired on site and we sailed for 2 days. But we got a full refund for the rental of one kayak without any questions and were also given a 30% discount on the next one. I think that the customer orientation here is excellent. But of course, if it hadn't been repaired on the spot and it turned out that we would have driven 500 km in vain, I don't know how it would have been solved.

We rented two bicycles, the condition of the bicycles is at zero, although the prices are over 40 rubles per horse. In fact, we were given life-threatening junk.: One bike has no brakes, neither front nor rear! The tires are completely bald, the wheels are half-blown. To rent out such a squalor for such money is just a bottom and a disgrace. Avoid this sharashkin's office if you value your safety!

They rent out padded bicycles by overprice. I rent something here from time to time, and I've rented bicycles twice this year. Case 1: at the end of April, I took a bike here for a bike marathon. I immediately noticed the almost bald rubber (it wasn't critical for me, so I took it). I was told that it's about to be changed, in a few days. And while riding, it turned out that the front gears practically did not switch (especially to the first one), and this made my race more difficult. When handing over the bike, they told me that they were also aware of this and were about to do it. Case 2: Yesterday I needed a bike for skating around the city and to the Minsk Sea. I called, asked if there were any bikes, if they were repaired there — they told me that they had brought new ones, so everything is OK, no problems, come and take them. I arrive in less than an hour, and then they say that only the Stork is left, and they immediately warn me that he also has a problem with shifting the front gears. Given the nature of the trip, it didn't become critical, and there was no time to go to another rental. Well, literally a kilometer later, at the intersection, I found that the brakes were almost not braking (well, if you accelerate from 10 km/ h). In order for the rear brake to start slowing down somehow, you need to squeeze the handle to the end. I tried to turn the controls and bolts on the handle and on the brake — nothing helped. I think the pads are worn out here. And today, when I returned, I saw at the rental the same bike from my April trip on the same bald rubber. As I understand it, no one did anything with it, and all these conversations that "we're about to fix it" are just a script for communicating with customers. And this is despite the fact that bike rental costs 42 rubles per day (both ltd and stork). In other places, bicycles in adequate condition can be found for 30-35 rubles. Yes, this rental is conveniently located, that's why I took it here, but next time I'd rather spend my time and go somewhere else with normal bikes. I don't recommend it.
