In general i liked this place. But the o , starting from the girls at the entrance, a bit distracted , than the waiters took a lot of time for the order than forgetting to bring them 🤷🏻‍♀️ wasn’t that pleasant .

I was in the bieloruskaia filial , when I was going to pay I discovered that they had not Wi-Fi, and not being Russian I have problem with normal connection, the director ( a lady) from the moment that I ask help me start to be very un polite an instead to help was pushing like I was a criminal……………….by myself I solve the problem, and succed to pay , but for some unknown reason the payment visibile in my Raiffaisen app was not visibile in their application, the director was even more impolite dealing even whorste…keeping , without any reason blocked in the restaurant and against my willnest , so I was oblige to perform a second payment that this time went through also in her system, I understand that to deal With many people ia not easy but the key of a manager that deal with people is to be kind and try to support the client … I suggest to find another job…especially Beocuse Impact on the imagine of the restaurant.
