We applied to the Top Tour 2 years in a row, to Galina. She always helped both during working hours and outside of working hours, was in touch, was interested in how we got there, suggested some information sites. We liked all 2 hotels and countries. Thank you for your help with the rest. We will contact you again

An excellent specialist in his field. Deep knowledge of hotels and resorts. Galina quickly picked up a tour with a good price and ideal flight conditions. All the documents arrived on time, and the check-in went smoothly. We are very satisfied.

We applied to the Top Tour several times. We would especially like to thank manager Elena for her attentive approach to the client. She has selected tours to Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Golden Ring of Russia for us. We were absolutely delighted with each tour. During the tour, Elena asked if we were satisfied with everything. We received only positive emotions from the trip. Many thanks to Elena for her attentive approach and respectful attitude.

I would like to express my deep gratitude for organizing our vacation! Despite the tight deadlines and limited budget, we were given excellent options, detailing all the pros and cons of hotels. The tour operator was in touch at all stages of the trip, answered any questions. Not a single detail went unnoticed: from insurance to some useful tips for staying in the country (which is very important to me as an anxious person who flew to this country for the first time). Everything was thought out, polite and very pleasant! Special thanks to the tour operator Elena!! Thank you for your comfort and professionalism - now you can only relax with a top tour!!

This year we chose a tour to Georgia. The top tour has proven itself to be the best. Everything is processed quickly, two-way contact, reasonable prices. We chose from a variety of travel agencies. We settled on him. Special thanks to Galina (Gomel).

I have been vacationing with top tour for several years in a row, in both near and far abroad destinations, an excellent company. Friendly staff, but I would like to mention the tour agent Elena Lebedeva, always hears and understands the wishes of the client and finds tours that are most suitable for the request

Upon arrival at the agency, we ran into Olga, a consultant. In addition to the unfriendly appearance and lack of interest, we were forced to observe passive aggression on her part and an obvious unwillingness to help us choose a tour for the rest period. To our question, "well, offer us at least something and tell us about current tours, is there an opportunity to fly somewhere now, etc." Consultant Olga, with obvious contempt, reluctantly asked us questions that have nothing to do with the choice of a tour, since she did not even offer any, not that common, relevant and a "burning" tour, but also those that are possible in the future!!!!! This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude!! They were outraged! Such people should not work in the tourism sector! They undermine trust by their behavior towards other tour operators!
