At the TOP CRAFT service station, I changed the oil and filters on Kia Rio for Briquette 17/7. The price of 4 liters of oil is 175 rubles , although it is exactly the same for KIA Service 75 rubles. Oil service is 30 rubles, and KIA Service is 25 rubles, cabin filter replacement is 25 rubles, KIA Service is 15 rubles, air filter replacement is 15 rubles, KIA Service is 8 rubles. The total difference is 122 rubles. And so is everything else. Regarding quality: I applied because there was an oil leak from under the oil filter, which was changed last time at the same service station. I drove away, though 12,000 km. But this has never happened before. Draw your own conclusions.

I don't recommend it. I called the manager and asked if they could clean the injectors on the car with gas removed. - Yes, of course, come, we'll do it in a day. I brought the car at 13.30, there was silence during the day, I called half an hour before closing, in response: - the master has not removed the nozzles yet, because of the HBO. Although HBO does not interfere there in any way :) There was a work phone in the car (I left it because they promised it would be ready by the evening). As a result, I came to pick up my phone in the morning, the car was driven into the box, the hood was ajar, and that was it. In 6 hours, the "experienced" master did not even remove the decorative engine cover. As soon as I saw the whole picture, I immediately took the car. I regretted that I did not read the reviews in advance. I strongly advise you not to apply, they will feed you with breakfast, lunch and dinner. (And at the entrance to the client area, there was a key board with a "long-term construction" sign and 20 keys hanging, it's worth thinking about.

I asked about problems with the electronics of the Duster 4x4, 2L.: Spontaneous one-time operation of the wipers, errors on the instrument panel (more often an ABS error, sometimes a malfunction of the central lock), disappearing and appearing from closing the hood or driving through bumps. The problem of the "electrician" of the organization "AlemannMotors" LLC (there are doubts about the professionalism of the employee) was not solved, but he made a recommendation: replacement of the ABS unit. I needed to buy a used ABS unit (~400-500 rubles) and give it for replacement (240 rubles). Pay 210 rubles for the "diagnostics" (Order-order No. 3N00001863 dated 05/14/25) . I did not fall for the recommendations of this organization well and turned to another organization and, lo and behold, the problem was not at all in the ABS unit. I paid 320 rubles in ANOTHER STORE for a professional repair of my Duster. I do not recommend contacting this service station.

Beware, deception and imposition of services! I strongly do not recommend this car service. They are engaged in an outright divorce for money: without approval, they remove serviceable parts and replace them with new ones in order to inflate the check. The staff communicates boorishly, does not engage in a constructive dialogue and cannot argue the need for the work carried out. They tried to resolve the issue with the management, but the director simply withdrew from the problem and is hiding from clients. Complete lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service. Avoid this place if you want to save money and nerves! I really hope that the administration of the Frunzensky district will pay attention to this service station and appropriate measures will be taken!

The first time we changed the oil, we poured everything we could with it, past the neck, the whole pan was covered in oil, it was flowing. It was corrected when I contacted you again. The second request is to replace the external tire clamp, look at the lubricant, add it if necessary, as a result, the clamp does not hold well, the lubricant drips, which no one naturally added, because they don't need it. They need to be redone after that. The third appeal, the caliper did not let go until the end, they offered to completely change the caliper, they did not even consider the option that it just needed to be serviced (everything was done in another service, it works as it should). Generally avoid this place. I'm afraid to imagine them repairing more complicated things there.

They don't explain anything about the manufacturer of the replacement parts, they order what they have. It's either very expensive or cheap, which doesn't work. I came to this service station in a work car. But it didn't work out right away. The car was shaking like it was on a concrete mixer. They said it was a low-quality part. They refused to repair further. Because it's time-consuming and I supposedly have too many complaints. Immediately after the repair, I asked to lift the car onto the overpass. Upon my detailed inspection, it turned out that some of the knots were simply not screwed in. Upon careful inspection at another service station, it turned out that the ball was under-twisted. The wheel was loose. In general, beware of this sharashkin office.

The guys from Top Craft managed to connect - they considered the error of the solenoid valve of the injection pump, and engaged in repairs. Because I did not have the opportunity, the guys themselves searched for the necessary spare parts, including used ones, constantly called back during the repair and cost. Of course, the final cost turned out to be quite a lot - removal of the injection pump, repair (valve replacement and elimination of leakage) and running on the stand, but the result is pleasing: the car is on the move, there are no errors.
