Unfortunately, I had some unpleasant shopping experiences at the Tommy Hilfiger store. We bought several things: a jacket, sneakers, two tracksuits (men's and women's) and a sweatshirt. With such a purchase, you expect the appropriate brand quality, but, alas, you encounter problems. The men's tracksuit sat down after washing, despite the fact that it was washed strictly according to the recommendations on the label. Pellets appeared on the women's tracksuit after the first wear, even before washing, which also looks strange for a new branded item. The leather on the sneakers also cracked over time. When we went to the store and showed a women's suit with pellets, they explained to us that this was due to the quality of the fabric, and it was impossible to make a refund or exchange. In fact, they admitted that the problem was in the material, but at the same time they refused to resolve the issue in any way. As a result, there was a feeling that this store has problems with the quality of goods and with the approach to customers in controversial situations. We have concluded for ourselves that we will not buy any more here.
