It's an interesting place. We chose with our friends based on reviews. The place is nice, the dishes are beautiful, but unfortunately the taste leaves much to be desired. Turkey and pear salad: sour sorrel, yogurt sauce tastes like regular sour cream (also sour) + a small amount of sweet pear and turkey create an ambiguous combination. I wouldn't take it again. You should also be prepared that the potato waffle with "smoked trout" will not be with fish, but with something similar to pate or mousse. At the same time, the dish tastes very good. The problem is that it is not stated anywhere that I will not see trout. 3/4 of the drinks were completely tasteless. I was particularly surprised by the salty berry lemonade. When we asked the waiter, "should this lemonade taste like regular water with salt?" we were told that "yes, this is water with salt and a minimal aftertaste of orange, a kind of detox drink.". In general, I do not recommend visiting.

I was in this cafe at the chefs festival. Seth was delicious. Juicy tuna tartare, the thinnest and tastiest baskets served with beef tartare, charred gnocchi turned out to be in a sauce of incredible delicate flavor, unusual beef in nori and pickled shiitake (despite the fact that I'm not a fan of medium roast, I didn't have enough softness), and the final gastronomic delight was completed by an appetizing maritozzo!!! Of the advantages: -interior -the concept of the institution - well-groomed staff On the cons: I've been there a few times, but the kitchen has always been "average" The last time I was in August, and then the menu had a seasonal lemon dessert with a sponge cake made of puff pastry and cream, the dough was just impossible to eat, literally the sole. But on the plus side, we changed the dessert to another one. I chose Pavlova and it was not bad, but again 5/10, interesting serving, not like in a classic dessert. My husband took tiramisu from the whole menu, it was the tastiest of all. According to the main menu, we took salads and they were again 5/10. It's good that the salad is fresh. By the way, we do not recommend salad with shrimp, they were fragrant.

Judging by the answer, we are not the first to ask such a question. Then please write the salt in the society in the first place, not at the end. Cheeks with lemon celery is a delicate table goulash, without signs of lemon and celery. Panna cotta - instead of lime sugar, a strange cookie crumb, strawberries interrupt any taste of basil. Plus, they forgot about the drinks - they had to be reminded, the waiter did not remove the napkins on time, not all the items were on the menu and the music was playing too loudly. And all this is "fun" for a fairly high price tag.
