Wednesday October 14Th we came me and my father to do paperworks most of the workers are tired to work also they pushing their jobs to other counter we have wasted 3H their from 9AM and the problem is here number 21 whoever’s was sitting was really rude and lier and the clothes she is wearing that not match as governmental place also she accidentally used slang word and she made us pay twice thank god we knew the rules that we can apply for refund in that 3Hour i have seen most of the clients sitting there and leaving in 10second what is this supposed to mean? It mean that she is doing something that she does not want to work be careful people ask for management because they are to lazy specially red head woman she is so rude..
