It was my first visit here, Actually the interior is pretty good ✨ (Obviously it’s the first thing u’ll see 😍) And it wasn’t so crowded that day, so I can say that I liked it :) The staff was so friendly and served us so fast. Food was not bad tho 👍🏻

Not only is it the bottom to sort things out with the staff in front of guests, but in general this behavior characterizes the administrator as an incompetent specialist who will drag the entire institution to the bottom. If the administrator does not know how to solve problems, he begins to humiliate the waiters in front of the guests and generate stress. This will provoke staff turnover, waiters simply will not be able to perform their work efficiently while under such stress. Such administrators should be fired. Terra is my favorite place in the city, which I visit several times a week, but with such management, everything can change. Two stars for having such an administrator. The waiters are the best (while they are still being exported). But lately they can't be reached, sometimes there aren't even any waiters in the hall. Please return the service that you had.
