I sincerely love this bank! I use it as my main one even after changing jobs: instant transfers, cash withdrawals at any ATM without commission are just great. But today there was a very insulting situation. The notification of the card's readiness arrived 40 minutes before the branch closed. I managed to arrive 15 minutes before closing time, but the terminal simply refused to issue a ticket (it turns out that registration for this service is disabled before the official closure of the branch). Due to my work schedule, I will now be able to pick up the card only in 4 days — on Monday. Please indicate the time of termination of the issuance of coupons on the website or in an SMS about the card availability! It's a shame to travel in vain because of the lack of information. I hope to understand and correct this point!

I always use the bank, mostly currency exchange offices, I needed to get a transfer, they refused without explaining the reason, and the staff waited for an hour, incompetent from the word at all! There are no such problems on Masherov, I was forced to come to him and was only upset by this service! If you need work that does not relate to currency exchange, you will lose time! I don't recommend it!
