In my entire life, I have never experienced such an unprofessional workshop. My vehicle: Iveco Daily 4x4 7t. My email requesting an appointment went unanswered. Later, I tried calling. I was told they would send me a contact number. Despite several calls, I never received one. Only after an acquaintance contacted the manager did I finally get an appointment. When I arrived early in the morning, an employee noted all the repairs needed, but absolutely nothing was done all day. The numerous employees seemed very unmotivated and showed zero interest in working on the vehicle. The second day was a similar story. After a total of 15 hours on the premises, they had only managed to change the tires. This department of the TEGETA Group doesn't even deserve one star.

Nice, clean and probably not bad if you change the oil. My turbine started whistling. Signed up. I came for a diagnosis. They said the turbine had a mechanical failure. That's all, nothing more. They don't fix turbines. Why write me down knowing that? Moreover, after the diagnosis, I was sent to another box for repairs, and they said that they did not deal with turbines. Why is the diagnostic department not aware of this? Why did they sign me up at all, they immediately refused in other places because the turbines are not being repaired.

The worst car service I've ever encountered. I bought engine oil from them for $150, but they refused to change the oil because I had my own oil filter. They said that you need to buy their filter, but if you buy from them, then wait 5 hours for delivery. Before that, I had already changed their oil with my filter, and there were no problems. In addition, I once had to wait 8 hours to get an undercarriage diagnostic. And that's not all — the person who signed me up in the queue provided the wrong phone number, so I didn't even receive an SMS notification when my turn came. Totally disorganized and disrespectful service. If you value your time and nerves, avoid it.

When the master ran out of English vocabulary (after 3 sentences), he had to switch back to Russian. It's a master's business, but it's unpleasant. On the other hand, the motorists helped to understand the problem. We couldn't help quickly on the spot, but at least we thought about what the problem might be. As it turned out later, the hypothesis was correct, I found and changed the sensor myself in Yerevan. So for motorists - 5, for diagnostics - 2. And so clean, beautiful, yes.

As a result, I had to go back to the service, fortunately the oil was with me, which I refilled and drove to the service, where the filter was replaced and brought in two half-liters of incomprehensible oil from under the water, instead of the lost one. I had to top up the rest of the snake, I don't know where to use it, and I had to wait an hour and a half until they brought it.
