I stayed at the hotel in early June. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, look at the map, it was convenient for us to get off the highway from Batumi. I liked the atmosphere in the hotel, the cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere. The courteous staff quickly arranged and settled in. The room is cozy, the furniture is new and modern. The breakfast is very tasty and good, a buffet with a large selection of products. The hotel has a swimming pool on the 15th floor - this is a separate story. The water in the pool is clean. The pool is large and deep. Sun beds in the pool with soft mattresses. There is a parking lot on the territory of the hotel, free of charge. Everything is good and I liked it, but there are disadvantages. The rooms have poor sound insulation. And there was no hot water in the rooms at that time. The staff didn't even warn about the problem.

The rooms that face the highway are very noisy. Sleeping is difficult. The rooms themselves are clean, the breakfasts are normal. Cockroaches have been spotted. The staff is polite. Good day) stayed here for 3 nights,the hotel is not in the city center,but near stops,shops,really liked the rooms and service,attitude,cleaned every day,water,coffee,tea,bath accessories,clean towels,perfect mattress,pillows,the room is spacious,we had a view of the roadif you are suddenly confused by the noise, it is better to take it with a view to the other side, it is quieter there, the pool worked from 10-10, the water was cool for us + we opened the windows, went for a swim a couple of times, in general it is clean, beautiful The breakfasts are varied, but we found something to eat,we ate too much before lunch, the dishes were fresh,hot, I recommend this hotel

Bad review In fact : The first room we checked into, we start to spread out the bed of hair , one-two-three- we understand the linen has not been changed, I call the reception, OK, we will decide now, we did not apologize , then the woman comes to look , removes her hair with her hands and shows like everything is clean, then I suggest changing it anyway , I They bring the sheets and give them away !!!!!! Like change it yourself... I say, and the duvet covers are brought and given back again, they are put on themselves .... , there are no pillowcases , I call the reception, I say no pillowcases, they don't understand what I'm talking about... Okay, I'm as non-confrontational as possible, we start to lay the sheets, and we see that the mattress is as dirty as possible (I'll attach a photo), on we go to the reception this way and that, they change the room, there was a large bed, they change it to 2 small ones, we go to a meeting well, we don't sleep in the mud, we move to another room, I forgot to say that in the corridor outside the first room (5th floor) it smelled terrible, the room didn't smell like italics, but it smelled musty. In the second room on the 6th floor, we go in and check the mattresses , everything is OK , it smells like medicine - it 's ventilated, the toilet smells like sewage - the hood doesn't help, something falls off me, I sink to the floor and see a piece of hair ... ( I'll attach a photo )... of course, it's a complete mess, I'm not talking about torn wallpaper, and drops on the toilet (I'll attach a photo ) No toothbrushes, no toothpaste , no bathrobes Shower gel , shampoo and soap , and slippers , water I've never seen anything cheaper in hotels, the room cost 56 euros! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Ps. There was a door to another room in the second room, apparently, and the audibility was great) and someone had great sex too!

The hotel left several negative impressions: 1) Booked through booking, paid in cash, did not give a check. Not confused. We checked in, at night we received a notification from the booking that the reservation was canceled by the hotel. 2) Swimming pool. Everywhere it is indicated that the pool is on the 14th floor. In fact, 15, there are not enough signs and pointers, they found. The pool area is on the whole floor, you get into it immediately from the stairs, that is, in your clothes, shoes, you go through the door and in front of you is the pool bowl… To change clothes there is a fenced area, with broken lockers… The pool itself looks 3x6/3x9 meters and a large empty area of the remaining floor … There is no staff, there is nowhere to get towels, bathrobes on the spot. 3) elevators work according to a very strange logic, if they work. One of them did not open the doors on several floors on our dates. We went to the 14th, the doors did not open at 12,11,10, eventually we got to the 1st and moved to another one. Another, if you entered, say, on the 10th floor and you need the 8th, 14th, 5th floor, and from the 1st you called the elevator - it will go to the 1st, even loaded. 4) The room is large, neat, but empty. The audibility from the corridor is strong. The shower does not dry out, the mirror does not work, the heated towel rail does not work. Breakfast is good :) +subjective opinion, when checking in, they asked for a room with windows not on the road, after a second of thought, the answer was that all the rooms were occupied, visually there was a feeling that the hotel was filled by a maximum of half. ++I got the impression that the hotel/staff is Russophobic. As a result: I would advise you to choose another hotel, for the average price tag of the room, you can choose a hotel of the same category, but much closer to the center, at least.
