It was just awful. Friends of mine were able to get a card in other cities in 30 minutes. At this branch, they asked questions for two hours, then told me to wait for a call back. The call never came—I had to go back every week to follow up and fill out new forms. About a month and a half later, during my next visit, they refused to issue the card. They refused to explain why or provide a written denial.

A very decent bank. The service is at a high level, the girls at the reception are responsive. The only drawback that I noticed is that there are not enough windows working, because of this, maintenance is slower than usual. Well, paid applications also leave a residue, but these are the rules of the company, they have the right to declare any conditions, then it remains only to agree with them or not.

You can withdraw money using the Golden Crown in it. Once they get all your data, and then everything is fast and simple. In any city of Georgia.
