I celebrated my birthday in this institution on May 9th. I liked everything. The music, the food, the service, everything was impressive. Large and spacious hall, not stuffy. We were super entertained and unobtrusive. Special thanks to the waitress Victoria. A very polite and good-natured man!

I really liked the cafe. Convenient location, nice interior. The menu is for every taste, the vegetables in the salads are the freshest, the original presentation. The staff is polite and helpful. It's an atmospheric place, we arrived late, so we chose the location, which is not far away. The waitress came right over and gave me the menu. Yesterday we celebrated our wedding anniversary in this wonderful cafe, and everything went great! The food was very tasty and pleased us with its variety. The food is very tasty, the banquet table is very nicely set, everything is beautifully decorated. A very pleasant receptionist who helped set a good table and not for a lot of money. In February, the hall in the cafe was heated by 18 degrees, the guests were freezing, and the air conditioners did not work for heating. At the request of the staff to turn on the heater, a very responsive waiter, Vladimir, found and connected it, but alas, it did not work. When ordering the banquet, we immediately noted the coolness in the room, but we were assured that it would be warm for the event. There was no music in the hall before the program, but at the request of Vladimir, he asked about his musical preferences and set up the equipment. The administrator apparently did not share the information at the request of the music program, and only Vladimir coordinated the work of a DJ for our company. On January 30, one guest called and canceled, but there were 10 salads on the table instead of 9. Vladimir said that there was no such information, but kindly canceled the hot meal of one guest. I would like to mention the excellent work of the waiter Vladimir. He was very responsive, attentive, solved all the issues that arose, controlled the timing of the event, and tried his best for the entire institution. This is not the first time we have been to this cafe, but it was the first time in winter, we were very upset by the failure of the heating devices, the workers themselves are forced to walk in bikes, the management needs to solve this problem.

But I didn't really like the salads this time: there was too much mayonnaise, and the taste was not familiar. Next time we'll take more traditional salads. Salmon with vegetables is excellent, not dry, pork kebab is decent, and so is the side dish. The waiter first says, "there is no receptionist," then, "she's changing clothes," then, "she'll be there in 30 minutes," then some more fantasies. As a result, they offered to come back another day. He expressed his bewilderment – why set a time if the administrator was not in place? And the most unpleasant surprise: all this time, the receptionist was calmly sitting in the next open booth and filling out paperwork. Moreover, part of our conversation with the waiter took place right at the entrance, directly at her work booth. She must have heard everything. But she didn't find it necessary to come out, introduce herself, or resolve the issue. When we finally talked to her, she offered to post a deposit and... come back again to coordinate the menu. Nonsense. To order a standard banquet for 10 people, you need to visit the administrator at least twice. The choice of table is not discussed – "heavy load". There are a lot of places in Minsk with good Belarusian cuisine, authentic program and adequate administrators. We chose another restaurant so as not to spoil the festive atmosphere.

This is the third time I've been to this place as a guest at a banquet. Regarding the kitchen: one guest has the same hot dish (pork steak), it is soft and delicious, the second gets something that defies neither teeth nor knife. Salads, cold appetizers, delicious fruits, not certified. The service from the staff is without complaints. The music is quite suitable for those who are going to "burn out". Now about the bad stuff. The bathroom is unpleasant, in a good way, global cleaning is needed there! The smell is present from the very beginning of the banquet and it is so strong that it is felt even in the hall next to the entrance to the restroom. Yes, more! At one point, there was a marginal-looking woman with bags and packages, who seemed to have come there from the street along the usual route. And another big minus is that on banquet days the institution is frankly greedy and gathers a lot of people. Too much! Nothing is heard, it is impossible to move around the institution, guests are forced to walk through the dance floor, which causes crowding and, accordingly, conflicts.

I am surprised by the positive service reviews! we had a banquet booked on 05/23/2025 for 18 people at 19.00. The waiters came to our table only when the first hot dish was brought around 20.00. It was agreed in advance that the second hot dish would be served in 2-2.5 hours. But after that time, there was no second hot one on the tables. The waiter did not even come up to warn that the second hot dish would be served or to coordinate the time of its serving, although it was already ready. I had to look for the waiter, and I had to ask him for this information, and then he said he would go to clarify, and he disappeared. Then they approached the waiter again, asked for tea, coffee and cake, because the guests began to leave. Silence again. None of the waiters cleared the dishes from the tables, and the empty plates were still on the tables. We had to set them aside ourselves. the second hot dish has not appeared, the guests are already going to leave, as the establishment is open until 00.00 hours. They found the receptionist, asked for coffee and cake, and silence again. Only closer to 23.30 did the waiters bring coffee, tea and cake. The service was terrible, the guests simply did not wait for the second hot dish, as well as coffee and cake. The party was ruined. The service is at zero. I would also like to note that when the cake was brought to the establishment at the beginning of the banquet, the waiter immediately took it away from the door, without even specifying which table it belonged to (there were several banquets in the hall) with the words we carry all the cakes in the refrigerator, and the cake was not from the person who ordered the banquet. There are no complaints about the taste of the dishes, the music is excellent.
