Yesterday, August 15, 2025, we ordered a City taxi at 13.45 to the central railway station. We waited for more than 15 minutes, got worried, contacted the dispatcher repeatedly, and did not pick up the phone. Kind people helped me out: they brought me to the train on time. We have used the services of this service many times before and there has never been such an outrage. I am ashamed in front of the guests for such a service.

I really like a taxi, compared to one very popular in our city, the city does not overestimate prices inadequately and does not change them every minute, you look at a good price, in a minute it's + 2p, there is no such thing in the city, but since a modern taxi now cannot be without a good application, the city really needs to be improved your own app! Personally, in my opinion, it doesn't look modern, it's not convenient to enter an address and there's no way to tip the driver, sometimes it's very expensive to find a car and because of this you have to look in that other taxi, otherwise everything is fine)
