🥹We had a wonderful experience at this cheese dairy in Yerevan. The cheeses were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with great care and passion. Gevorg was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. He explained the different cheeses and made our visit feel truly special. It is a wonderful place for anyone who appreciates authentic, high-quality local products and genuine Armenian hospitality. We will definitely come back and highly recommend visiting!

Syrovarnya exceeded all expectations. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, modern, and inviting. The space is beautifully designed—bright during the day and cozy at night, with soft lighting and stylish details that make it perfect for everything. Service was impeccable. Our hostess Anush was kind and offering great recommendations without being overbearing.

Very disappointing experience. We had to wait an entire hour for our order, which is completely unacceptable. What made it worse was the lack of communication — no one came to explain the delay or give us any update. The food may be good, but such a long wait and poor service completely ruined our experience. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves its service.

The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. Despite the restaurant being busy, our food arrived promptly, and every detail was taken care of. To top it all off, the dessert was a masterpiece. I highly recommend trying Fig Brownie—it was the perfect way to end our meal. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a family gathering, or a night out with friends, this place is a must-visit. I will definitely be coming back!

the food is good (for these prices it's better be) but the service is awful.. the waiters are just walking past you, even if you wave them or ask for something. or they stand near your table WITH your food, but just chatting with other stuff members. waiters are truly awful or untrained? did not enjoyed this at all

The first place I went to have dinner upon arrival. Divine gnocchi with stewed duck and caprese salad with sweet tomatoes in a delicious dressing. You'll lick your fingers. Very friendly, kind and attentive staff. Thank you. It's a good thing that I don't live far from this restaurant.

A great place, very tactful and attentive staff - Mher served us, after hearing comments from us about the taste of the cocktail - he removed the drink from the bill and suggested alternatives. The dishes are all at a very good level - sea bass, borax, vegetables, pizzas and tortillas, desserts unexpectedly large and delicious. The interior inside and outside is on the same level. A must-see in any company.

It's not a bad place , nice interior , very pleasant staff, on the first day of arrival , we went to have dinner. I really wanted a barbecue! It was available , the serving was nice , but the dish itself was not tasty , stringy , dry , very upset The waiter asked if everything was fine , well, I said that I was not satisfied with the dish . As a result, the administrator most likely approached , apologized and presented the institution with a piece of Napoleon. It was unexpected and pleasant! I realized the place is good, but we need to order something else!

Although we ate at this restaurant almost every day, there are small disadvantages compared to the establishments of this chain in Baku and Adler.: 1. They work very strangely with shish kebabs: chicken shish kebab is a chicken fried on coals with bones and skin. The pork kebab was juicy on the inside, but badly burnt on the outside 2. Unleavened mashed potatoes: there is no creaminess and lumps come across It bothered me that they charge 12% for the service at once, but they don't really advertise it, and they hint at tea shops, although 12% is already included in the bill. Otherwise, it's good.

We were very disappointed with the various local "restaurants" with a rating of 5, so we hoped for the Cheese Factory's level. And she did not disappoint, although the dishes are weaker than in Russian Cheese Factories. We've been to the restaurant 3 times, so we ordered a lot of dishes. Chicken soup - almost always in all resorts we take such soup for the child, she loves them so much. In the Cheese Factory, it is really good for the broth - it is rich, with a bright chicken flavor. Definitely 5 out of 5. Veal kebab is good, but a little dry. It tastes better in the Krasnodar Cheese Factory, but here it is 2 times cheaper! Less than 500 rubles in terms, so that's a solid four. Lamb shish kebab is too salty and dry, but the meat is not bad, due to the price (about 1k rubles) 4 with a minus. Salad with strachatella, arugula and tomatoes - strachatella is great, but it's not enough, and cherry, on the contrary, too much. And it's a nice light salad. In Krasnodar, strachatella is 1.5-2 times more per serving. Turkey cutlets with mashed potatoes are classics of Novikov restaurants. Juicy, fragrant, delicious. 5 points Chicken kebab is the cheapest and one of the two most delicious dishes in Armenia so far. Less than 500 rubles - juicy, bright in flavors, the aroma of smoke is a cool kebab and tastier than veal. Ricotta cheesecakes are the second most delicious dish - excellent cheesecakes and toppings for them. It's expensive, but very tasty. To sum up, this is 6 out of 5 for Armenia, although Russian Cheese Factories are tastier, they are still 5

We took okroshka on kvass and kefir and bianca pizza from the summer menu, it was very tasty, the okroshka was as expected, considering that it was hot, refreshing, sour, pizza with a stretchy filling and soft crispy dough! A pleasant place, consistently tasty and of high quality. We often visit for breakfast, favorites: pancakes with salmon and stratocella are always tender and I want to come back for them again. I also really like the speed of service, they always cook and bring dishes quickly. The last time was served by the waiter Mher, very friendly and pleasant.

The food is very tasty, but unfortunately the service is poor. We arrived at 22:35 (the restaurant is open until 24:00), we wanted to have a nice evening, but the waiter immediately said that the kitchen was closing now, and we were really in a hurry. Then, for some reason, they brought the salad along with the hot soup, explaining that the kitchen was closing soon, so they took everything out at once (well, as if the soup had cooled 100 times while eating the salad). Then we wanted to order desserts with tea at 23:08, but we were already refused, saying that was it, the kitchen was closed. Well, in general, it was not possible to have a pleasant evening, we left without desserts. The only question is, why write that you work until 24:00, if at 23:00 you can no longer eat properly and you will be in a hurry.

The dish is placed somewhere to the side; I watched the other tables, the guests have to organize the space themselves. The waiters are fussing around 10 times straightening the dishes at an empty table, and the dirty dishes were not immediately taken away from mine. The strong periodic noise of the devices from the bar spoiled the entire vibe.
