I want to highlight the following points: The child's blood was taken so carefully that he did not feel anything.; The employee (unfortunately, I don't know her name) spoke in Russian, which was very convenient; All the steps of the procedure were explained in detail. I definitely recommend this laboratory for its professionalism and customer orientation!
