We were on the summer veranda, so we couldn't evaluate the interior design. We were caught in heavy rain, but the veranda is well closed. The waiters walk around sullenly, as if they ate the local draniki themselves, they don't follow the guests, they don't clean the dishes, they don't know about availability either. But even this did not spoil my mood, although I did not really understand, there was no one on the street, there were no people in the hall either, 5 tables were occupied with us, we were put directly under the air conditioner, the wind was terrible, and there were a lot of tables empty, which were supposedly reserved, but while we waited and while No one took their place. I'll start with the food and its quality. We ordered a plate of bacon and croutons, and my husband ordered a blood puddle with new potatoes in a frying pan. I baked Draniki in a pot with mushrooms and meat. Perhaps we are spoiled by the St. Petersburg cuisine, but really, when we brought my husband his dish, we were surprised. The pan was icy, and on it lay dry, lightly fried potatoes and absolutely tasteless blood. In our country, if the dishes are served in a frying pan, then you can see that they were cooked in a frying pan. Yesterday, by the way, I tried blood for the first time, but I had heard a lot about it from my husband, and we took it in the EUROOPT cookery this morning and I liked it, it was delicious, and here at the Syabry restaurant, it was terrible, tasteless and, to be honest, unpleasant to taste, if I hadn't tried it at EUROOPT before, I decided I wish my husband liked something nasty. My dish was served 15-20 minutes after my husband, when he had already eaten his dish, the Draniki were delicious, but the meat was so tough that it was a complete disappointment. Well, the full out turned out to be a pre-assembled snack dish made of bacon. Moreover, there was a hair in the fat, which I saw at the end of our regaling. The quality of the lard leaves much to be desired, it just didn't chew, white bread croutons were served with the lard, not black bread, which surprised me the most. When the hot draniki arrived, I tried to eat lard with them, so at least it chewed somehow. It's just impossible to take a bite, I put a piece on toast and wanted to take a bite, but it wasn't there, it didn't bite off. I had to tear it with my teeth, but I'm from the cultural capital, so I refrained from this procedure. I sawed it with a knife, which was also extremely difficult. As for the hair, when my husband informed me and showed it to the waiter, he asked a strange question, why didn't we tell him earlier when we found it and told him then. We left the remaining lard because it's a shame to serve it in Belarus, it seems to us that you have such products of such quality, and you serve such a sorry "g" to the guests in the restaurant. We were offered dessert as a bonus, but I don't eat sweets, and after such a dinner, there's nothing sweet. I definitely don't recommend it!!!

Belarusian cuisine is presented in a good assortment. We tried a lot of things - everything is awesome delicious, no extra oil, fat, salt. Decent portions. Beautiful presentation. Very prudent girls work. You have to take draniki, they are the same as my Belarusian grandmother baked, and I trust my grandmother, and they are very tasty, however, like everything else.

Honestly, I didn't like it. I was at lunch. The waiter girl was somehow displeased, though she spoke politely. I didn't like the pancake maker. Pancakes are a large fried flatbread with several pieces of fatty brisket in the pan, a couple of pieces of sausage and a couple of some kind of meat. In the salmon/pink salmon soup (I don't remember exactly) there is only fish dust. Maybe I didn't say that, but that's how it is.
