This morning (08/12/26), before work, I came in for coffee. This is the best coffee shop I've ever been to!! The atmosphere is very cozy, the background music is relaxing. The coffee is sooo delicious, I have never tasted such delicious coffee anywhere (moderately rich, mild taste). I really liked the desserts, especially the tubes with poppy seed cheesecake, which are generally delicious. But today, on shift (12/01/2025), there was a barista (blonde with piercings) who was clearly unhappy with either the dog or the job. We placed an order and waited quietly. I let my dog sniff the territory, and there were girls there who showed interest in Cap (my dog), but then I lose sight of him and observe that he is sitting on the aisle where orders are given. I was about to remove it, realizing that it might get in the way. But instead of waiting just a second, because She saw me coming or just stepping over, the girl pushes my puppy with her foot.…He doesn't gently push it away, but he pushes it up! To my question, "What are you doing?" The answer was, "Oh, I didn't do anything to him!" I'm sorry, but it sounds like bullying, because I wasn't the only one who saw it. I have a small puppy, there would be no difficulties if they showed basic respect, because you could have waited a matter of seconds for me to pick him up or step over, because the order was small. I kindly ask the management to pay attention to such situations. If you position yourself as dog-friendly, then employees must meet this level of service and respect! I work in the service industry myself, and we also receive guests with dogs, so I know that such an attitude is unacceptable!
