I never had any bad experience with the Customer Service yet. However, I found nothing special about the boom boom roll. It was whatever the California salmon roll was the best. I will Try more sushi and I will update this review soon

The third time the rolls come with cardboard inside, baked under a cap, there was something strange, thin, long and white)) I'm afraid to imagine what it is, I hope it's the cardboard of the box. The rice was sour, the sushi was falling apart, which means that the rice is old, it's a pity, we ordered it there all year, but now the service is just terrible((( sushi has become much smaller, all the time something comes across and spoils the appetite. We were even informed about it once, but we were just told I'm sorry, we'll be more attentive. I don't recommend it anymore

If you want to eat sushi and play bingo with every piece on the theme "am I going to eat fish spikes or not?", order safely from here))) 2 days ago, I ordered sushi that had fish spikes in it. I wrote to them on Instagram, after which the boss called and offered a "treat", perhaps thinking that free sushi would save them from negligence, but it turned out that their "treat" was of the same quality, again with spikes. When I complained, they started making excuses that "there are spikes in such cases." I wonder if this is normal, why didn't you warn customers in advance, and if you knew there might be problems, why did you send the same thing as a refund? The funniest response was "whatever you eat fresh." That is, in their understanding, "fresh" means that the client sits down and takes the fish spikes out of his mouth.՞ This is no longer an accidental mistake. When the same problem repeats itself even during the "refund", it does not indicate a mistake, but absolute irresponsibility, negligence and disregard for the safety of the client. I hope that the next customer just won't have a bad experience and won't end up in the hospital because of your "fresh" sushi.

Some of the worst rolls I've eaten, there was no such problem last year. 2 stars exclusively for the size of the rolls and a pleasant price. Still, it was impossible to eat rolls, and how California could be ruined is a mystery to me.

I ordered combo 1 on 29.11, honestly, I was very upset, because I saw a lot of videos in tiktok that these are the most delicious sushi, but I couldn't even eat more than 3 pieces, it wasn't delicious at all, I didn't feel the taste of sushi, it's just some rice with crab, the only thing I liked- It's a package, that's it!
