Thank you so much for your hospitality! We often stop at the Sultan Hotel on the way. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean, the rooms have everything, TV, air conditioning, cooler with hot and cold water, refrigerator, table, chairs, shower, toilet. You can also ask for a kettle. The mattresses are comfortable, which is important for travelers. Breakfast is included, and by the way, the choice has become bigger and tastier, thanks for that! There is a parking lot, guarded. I liked everything, we recommend it! Prices have increased significantly

It's a great place. We rented the floor of the house for 2 days, the price is adequate and corresponds to the quality: 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The on-site restaurant is good, the staff is excellent, all the dishes are fresh, it doesn't cost much in rubles. Breakfasts in rubles -400. You can swim in the pool. Go to Saina, the hotel is quiet. The hotel staff are wonderful people, they will always help. In general, we are very satisfied. If you plan to rest or spend the night in Aktobe, book this hotel.

A wonderful hotel with a good territory and a large parking lot. We had a rest from 10/28/2025 to 10/30/2025 with my son. Good and delicious buffet breakfasts, there was very tasty lamb and potatoes, pasta, buckwheat, sausages, etc. the rooms are spacious, clean, there are several channels in Russian, there is a cooler in the room, all soap, dental and shaving kits in the bathroom. There is a swimming pool with a sauna, open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., the pool is cool, but the sauna is the best. The entrance to the pool is from the street. There is an aviary with squirrels on the territory, it is very interesting to watch them. A room per day for two with breakfast cost 3,500 rubles or 19,000 tenge, they can take it first in rubles, and then when they exchange it for tenge, they will return it. The maids are always happy to help. I really liked it, we will definitely come again.
