Secondly, I ordered 500ml coffee. They brought it in a stripped-down vase (?), which is already completely unusable. It's very unpleasant to drink from it. It's time for the management to pay attention to the dishes they have and allocate a budget and purchase new mugs. If you don't have large 500ml coffee mugs, then it's worth buying, rather than pouring into one. Coffee is normal. Desserts used to be good, there was a choice, now there's nothing.

Отношение пренебрежительное. Мотивация у персонала отсутствует полностью. Улыбка утром для покупателя, как явление отсутствует. Да хоть для себя улыбнитесь. Неужели настолько ненавистна Вам работа? Прошу руководство пересмотреть понятие кофе вкусный и перестать продавать кофе невкусный, пытаясь изменить на физиологическо-эмоциональном уровне понимание горечи и крепости и качества у покупателей.

We visited this cafe in August, guided by the positive reviews and wanted to drink delicious coffee, well, it should be in this cozy town. The coffee was not at the level of a coffee shop, diluted, not hot, but it served beautifully. We took cheesecakes for coffee, too much flour, not enough cottage cheese ( But it's a very pleasant atmosphere! The piano in front of the cafe gives a good mood to both visitors and passers-by, my children played with pleasure! Conclusion: if you want delicious coffee, you are not here, unfortunately.

She asked me to pay an additional 2 rubles for a new cup, explaining that it was a separate "product." Surprisingly, in a coffee shop with the capital's coffee prices, the approach to customers is simply disgusting! The book of complaints and suggestions was not in place. At my request to provide it, I was given an A4 sheet and a pen so that I could write a claim on a piece of paper, which would eventually go straight to the waste paper.

Perhaps the best coffee in Kobrin and many points of Brest. The idea to make a coffee shop out of Khrushchev on the 1st floor, where you can go in to drink excellent coffee (many different types) and not only, eat dessert and read a book, almost in a home interior is a credit. We went here 40 km away to drink coffee when we were on vacation nearby. I highly recommend it!

After 5 minutes, a girl came out and said that our tea was ready and it could be picked up. Every 10 minutes, I went to the cashier and asked about the cheesecakes. At first they told me that it was still 10-15 minutes, after that time they said that we had a very large order in front of us, and therefore the waiting time increased. I already wanted to cancel the order, and told the girl that they were obliged to warn about the long wait for the dish in advance, to which she replied that I did not accept the order, not my problems. As a result, I followed the principle, and 50 minutes later they brought the cheesecakes, which I didn't want to eat anymore, because during that time we drank our drinks. - Disadvantages: 1. Not customer-oriented employees. They are nice and sensitive, only with those they know, and the fact that guests from other cities can come to you, no one thinks about it. 2. I noticed that a lot of employees are required. This indicates a rapid turnover of staff. 3. Employees left their workplace and left the institution in work clothes, sat on the summer terrace, smoked. You're catering staff, I wouldn't be surprised if you don't wash your hands either. 4. Self-service is of course great when guests are given a special remote control that gives a signal indicating that the order is ready. We were sitting on the terrace, and coming up to the cash register every 10 minutes, it's like that. 5. Tea was served in the most uncomfortable mugs. The problem with many establishments is that they do not pick up the dishes correctly. They take into account trends and beauty, but they do not take into account whether it will be convenient for a guest to drink from such a mug, whether his fingers will fit into the handle, whether he will get a burn. 6. In addition to the cheesecakes, we ordered chocolate paste and honey. It is not clear how many grams we paid 4 rubles for, smeared on a plate so that there was nothing to collect. 7. Long wait for the order. Positive: 1. City center, convenient location. 2. An atmospheric place, a lot of beautiful objects. A beautiful photo zone near the entrance with flowers. 3. A large selection of tea by weight. We will be in Kobrin, we will not enter this institution anymore. It's a beautiful shell, but the institution is formed by the people who work there, not by pictures and plaids.
