I bought a Lenovo monoblock, I specially made a filter "not from the showcase". The package was equipped with Windows 11, and I ordered paid express delivery. The computer was delivered. It turned out that it was from the showcase, the support service confirmed this to me. Windows is not activated, and the activation key is nowhere to be found. I called support, according to them-they can't contact the store from where they made the shipment. They offered to go to the store on their own with a computer. I ordered paid express delivery because I need it urgently. And now they have accepted the complaint by phone, which they will consider 5!!! Working days. This is where the support ends. Terrible service. I do not recommend Sulpak to anyone, there is no way to resolve issues promptly. Order number 23372594
