I visited this salon yesterday and was delighted. The miracle manicure master has exceeded expectations. The interior is very warm and cozy. The staff is all very nice and friendly. We were pleased with an additional gift for the following procedure.

Yesterday I came to master Ale for a bob haircut with bangs. I came without a reference, I asked to make it to my taste. I've dreamed of bangs all my life, but other masters refused to cut it, saying it wouldn't suit me. Alya has simply exceeded all expectations! And I've already received a lot of compliments with my new hairstyle) The master is young, but a great professional. She constantly complimented me and worked very carefully. I additionally did a head massage in the sink :) And in general, the interior is very cozy and atmospheric. Lots of pictures, pleasant music, drinks as compliments. Impressions are 10,000 out of 100! Definitely coming back again) I'm glad that a salon has finally appeared in the city, where it's really nice to be! Good luck in the development of the team!

The whole team is such nice, friendly people! I'm thrilled with the relationship! The studio was made with such love, it is clear that every inch has a soul and a great desire to make a wonderful place for people at the highest level! St. Petersburg-level service. Every detail is made for the convenience of the customer! Starting with comfortable armchairs, ending with a built-in phone stand in a manicure stand (by the way, very comfortable and beautiful- this is again about convenience for the client). Nice compliments for the visitors! It's very cozy, I want to look at every corner! Great fellows, the creators, the whole team is wonderful, they fall in love with themselves right away! The master is very diligent! What pleased me the most was this, perhaps insignificant for some, but for me an incredibly valuable detail - the staff communicates very quietly or in a whisper with each other! I thought I was in heaven! Not as usual, like at a bazaar (sorry, but most often in studios that's how it is) with a discussion of gossip that should not be heard by visitors at all, but so culturally and tactfully! Everyone takes care of each other's peace and space. It's just a fairy tale. I wish the studio prosperity, inspiration and strength to the administration, the masters, and gratitude to the administrator for his friendliness and courtesy. You are huge smart guys! I had a manicure from master Polina and curly styling and grooming from master Alexandra. I really liked everything! The studio is incredibly beautiful, all the staff is polite, listening and hearing your wishes. Inside the studio it is noticeable that they paid a lot of attention to the details: coasters for the bag, drinks to choose from, very clean bathroom.a node with everything you need. I highly recommend the "Steps" salon to visit, it is a decent level of our city!

I don't know how I got so lucky, but it's just a delight! I have curly hair, and I couldn't get a proper haircut anywhere in Vitebsk. In Moscow, yes, there are curly masters who know how to work with curls, but here every time there was a roulette game. Honestly, I didn't have any expectations about the salon at all. But the expectation reality meme worked exactly the opposite way here. It turned out that Alya specializes in curls and the curly method! The girl is a real professional: she made a cool stylist, told everything about caring for curls, how to wash, how to wash, how to style... To say that I'm in shock is an understatement. The service cannon! I will definitely come back here, and more than once. And to all curly–haired people - my recommendation

A wonderful place with a cozy, stylish interior and courteous staff. Beautiful young girls are working. I had a haircut and everything was more than fine. The price is adequate, there were no questions. The wishes were fulfilled and the work was done carefully and professionally. It is pleasant to be in the hall itself, relaxing music is playing.
