Let's remember that this hotel is one of the most expensive in Brest, and therefore my requirements for it are to the maximum. I'll start with the basic things - even using "ordinary" hotels in Moscow (the cost for 3 nights there is equal to the cost of one night in the Hotel) - I expect to have such a simple thing as a bathrobe in the room. It's inconvenient to bring extra clothes with you for one day, and walking around in underwear in the room is a so-so idea. Surprisingly, this was not there. A hygiene kit was also provided upon request. But what prevents it from being provided immediately? I hate to ASK. Moreover, do you really not trust the guests or the staff that you cannot put a disposable brush and paste in the room? I am silent about the fact that the shower cap, cotton swabs are even out of the spotlight. These small but very useful things in disposable sets are just a reflection of that "status" of the guests. Dispensers are generally a find of the caretaker)))) I laughed for a long time until I went to the shower.... And I discovered at that moment that the shampoo remained in my dispenser only on the walls)))) It's good that my hairstyle does not require shampoo, I washed with what God (the caretaker) puts on my soul - soap, conditioner. And I was thinking how it is possible to save money on guests, pouring grams into a dispenser and rejoicing at the savings!! Honestly, I haven't done it once! Thanks for the drinking water, but will tea (bag), coffee (bag), a piece of sugar ruin your business? A cooler with water, if those 0.5 liters were not enough and did not have time to buy - will the business model also strain on the corridor? ok. “good. People with the status should plan everything for themselves in advance. Now the number itself. The design is super. The rest is so-so. There was not enough kettle in the room. After 23, be patient until the morning. You can't drink hot anywhere. It is not alcohol, but tea and coffee. Of the undoubted advantages, the administrators are extremely polite and positive. In general, the service is really at a high level (in human terms). Although it is difficult to judge by one day of stay (for example, whether there would be cleaning for the next day is a question). In general, the hotel does not match the PRICE ratio (extremely overpriced) - The quality of the services provided. The "status" is not visible there, but you can see the savings of the owners and the tiny amount of shampoo and hygiene products.

By 14:00, the room was not ready, we had to wait even though we arrived 40 minutes earlier and asked to prepare it. But by 14:15 they offered a neighboring room. In the bathroom, water flows to the carpet in the hallway, the countertop is not bolted or attached to the walls in any way, it constantly beats against the walls when it is touched. For such money and location from the center (15 minutes from the center by taxi), you want to get a better attitude and more thoughtful details. I hope this information reaches the hotel managers and you will correct these shortcomings.
