We were here for the first time and were pleasantly surprised, not to exaggerate EVERYTHING! This is the case when the bar surpassed the restaurant. Restaurants in Brest, especially Gulvern, you should learn from this institution. The kitchen is on top, the most successful place for gourmets. Thank you very much for the pleasure! Very professional. Great respect to the designers of the hotel and the staff. The rooms are perfectly equipped and prepared. Separately, I want to mention the ventilation system, it is perfectly configured. The portions of breakfast in the restaurant are huge. But do not reduce their size. All you need is for the waiter to warn you about it in advance. My wife, two children and I ate only half of what was brought to us. It was awkward. The result is a terrible sleepless night. The absence of a kettle in the room - against the background of these two fat disadvantages - is already a trifle. Price per night: 8260 rubles (Rus) They write about a variety of breakfasts - it's debatable when you have a choice of either/ or. Egg chatterbox/omelet. Pancakes/cheesecakes. 2 porridges. Buckwheat porridge was brought fresh, milk is not visible at the bottom. Pancakes are buttery and not fried in pale color. Cheesecakes with a dark crust, but not fried inside, raw cottage cheese. There is no water in the public domain (only on request). We didn't wait for tea/coffee, we chewed dry, we didn't forget the question, we got the answer: "You asked for later," followed by "I'm not your waiter," is a mix-up. The menu is not varied and the food is not very tasty. At least it was that day. And it doesn't exactly match 4 stars. You can live. I don't want to go back.
